I've been a licensed massage therapist in Florida for the last 18 years. My current practice resides in Winter Park, FL. My belief and trust in the body's ability to thrive and heal, when properly supported has kept me inspired to learn more effective ways to empowering individual's journey in healing and wellness through bodywork and holistic practices. Ten years after graduating from massage school, I completed a two-year program that allowed me to specialize in a unique type of deep structural integrative bodywork and somatic therapy, known as Structural Energetic Therapy or Cranial Structural Bodywork, which is particularly effective for treating chronic and acute pain. My approach to healing emphasizes supporting others' connection to their inner healer and wisdom, helping them live their most fulfilling lives. Additionally, my work is influenced by various specialty trainings, including ancestral wisdom, Craniosacral Therapy taught by the Upledger Institute, Reiki, Cranial Structural Energetics, and advanced emotional release training inspired by somatic experiencing and holotropic breathing. In my spare time, I enjoy the ocean, dance, and spending time with my animals.
