I've been a licensed massage therapist in Florida for the last 18 years. My belief and trust in the body's ability to thrive and heal when properly supported has kept me inspired and continuing on my path of learning more and better ways to support every individual's journey in healing and wellness through massage, bodywork and holistic practices. In 2018 I graduated from a continued education 2 year program, allowing me to specialize in a unique type of bodywork and somatic therapy that helps treat chronic and acute pain created by Don McCann called Structural Energetic Therapy.
My approach to healing is deeply rooted in helping to support others connection to their inner healer and inner wisdom, in order to live their most fulfilling lives.
My work is also influenced by my other specialty training such as Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, as well emotion release techniques inspired by somatic therapy and holotropic breathing.
In my spare time I enjoy the ocean, dance, and spending time with my animals.
