I've been a licensed massage therapist in Florida for the last 17 years. My belief and trust in the body's ability to thrive and heal when properly supported has kept me inspired and continuing on my path of learning more and better ways to support every individual's journey in healing and wellness through massage, bodywork and holistic practices. In 2018 I graduated from Structural Energetic Therapy school in Lutz, FL which has allowed me to specialize in a unique type of bodywork and somatic therapy that helps treat chronic and acute pain and help people live their most fulfilling lives.
My approach to healing is deeply rooted in helping individuals to experience connection, freedom, and ease.
In my spare time I enjoy pilates, growing food, and spending time with my animals.
