I've been a licensed massage therapist in Florida for the last 19 years, currently practicing in Winter Park, FL. My belief in the body's innate ability to thrive and heal, when properly supported, has inspired me to explore more effective ways to empower individuals on their journey to healing and wellness through bodywork and holistic practices. A decade after graduating from massage school, I completed a two-year program that allowed me to specialize in a unique type of deep bodywork known as Structural Energetic Therapy or Cranial / Structural Bodywork, which is especially effective for restructuring the fascial system and treating chronic and acute pain. My approach to therapeutic bodywork emphasizes helping others connect with their inner healer and wisdom, enabling them to live their most fulfilling lives. Additionally, my therapeutic massage techniques are influenced by various specialty trainings throughout the years, Craniosacral Therapy 1 and 2 from the Upledger Institute, and advanced emotional release training. In my spare time, I enjoy the ocean, dancing, and spending time with animals.
